Buzzworthy Brews: Caffeine Cocktails to Shake Up Your Night!

Now, let's get into it! Below you will find 5 of our favourite caffeine infused cocktails, guaranteed to add that extra bit of energy to your night out (or in).
The Classic Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (usually Kahlúa)
1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish if you’re feeling fancy: coffee beans
Steps:
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
The Zen Green Tea Highball

Ingredients:
2 ounces Suntory Whisky Toki
2 ounces green tea, cooled
Club soda
Simple syrup (optional)
Mint sprig
Lemon peel
Steps:
In a glass with ice, add whisky and green tea. Stir to chill and combine.
Top with club soda and optional simple syrup to taste if desired.
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon peel.
The Strong Cowboy Coffee

Ingredients:
2 dark-roast coffee beans
2 1/2 ounces Stranahan’s Colorado whiskey
1/2 ounce demerara syrup (1 part demerara sugar, 1 part water)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: coffee bean
Garnish: lemon twist
Steps:
In a shaker, crush the coffee beans.
Add the whiskey, demerara syrup and Angostura bitters with ice, then shake until well-chilled.
Fine-strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Garnish with an additional coffee bean, then squeeze a lemon twist over the drink to express the oils, and drop it in.
The Sweet Nightcap

Ingredients:
2 ounces Goslings Gold Seal rum
2 ounces cold brew-coffee
1/2 ounce grade A maple syrup
Zest of 1 orange
1 dash Angostura bitters
San Pellegrino tonic water, to top
Garnish: orange peel
Steps:
Add the rum, cold-brew, maple syrup, orange zest and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over large ice cubes.
Top with the tonic and stir gently.
Garnish with an orange peel.
The Spooky Witch’s Brew

Ingredients:
2 ounces black tea
1 ounce George Remus Bourbon Whiskey
½ ounce Cointreau Liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ ounce agave syrup
Cinnamon stick
Orange slice
Steps:
In a shaker with ice, add black tea, whiskey, orange liqueur, lemon juice and agave syrup.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange slice.
